We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right beside the famous statue of Enma. The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy sitting area by the window where we could admire the beautiful surroundings. The hotel provided excellent service, from the helpful staff to the efficient housekeeping. We were especially impressed with the airport shuttle service, making our arrival and departure hassle-free.
Although the hotel was quite far from the shopping area in town, there were convenient local bus stops right at the entrance of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel was located up a slope, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. Guests love the breakfast buffet, which is delicious and offers a good variety of options.
The hotel falls short in terms of its onsen facilities, which have not received great reviews from visitors.

The hotel was equipped with two onsens, which was a great amenity to have during the weekend. the hotel had a substantial breakfast that offered both western and Japanese options. The best aspect was the location, which allowed us to easily visit the nearby footbath.
The room was quite cramped and it was a bit of a struggle to navigate with more than two guests. the quality of the food served was mediocre and not worth the price.
